Something wrong with your items? Received a defective, damaged or incorrect item(s)?, Don't worry, we’ve got you. Our goal is to ensure that you are happy with your entire shopping experience. Please refer to our return and exchange policy below:
Exchanges can be made on items(s) that are damaged, defective or incorrect. No exchange or returns on promotional items, or items that are on sale.
NO REFUNDS (Store Credit Only)
Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Form. Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.
**For exchanged packages, we will notify customers via e-mail once we have received the returned packages and directly arrange either an exchange of item(s) or Store Credit to our customers. Customers can reply to us via e-mail to know the reshipment Date.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days after your package is delivered.
Contact us before you return the incorrect, defective or damaged package to get the shipping address or other details. We can only issue an exchange when we get the old package back. We will notify you by e-mail at that time.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
